How do I book a tour and when do I pay?
Simply send us a booking request. Once we review the details, we'll contact you to confirm. After confirmation, payment is required to secure your spot.
Are your tours family-friendly or suitable for elderly guests?
Yes! Our tours are perfect for guests of all ages. We can adjust routes and pacing to suit families with kids, elderly travelers, or anyone with mobility needs. Children under 12 join for free (excluding their own transportation or meal costs).
What languages do you offer tours in?
Our tours are currently available in English, Spanish, and Italian. We're working on adding more languages in the future.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
The logistics fee is non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour, you'll receive a full refund for the remaining amount.
